The 'service charge' is a fee for having a technician go to your home, office or business and diagnose your machine and provide a quote. If you choose to get the work done, you do not pay the service charge. If you want to take some time to think about it or get a second opinion, you have to pay the service charge but if you call us back, we will waive the fee.
We accept cash, credit card and checks.
Yes, all military and senior-citizens get a 10% discount.
If one of our technicians worked on your refrigerator and you feel that is not working properly, please call us immediately and we will do everything we can to resolve your issue. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your machine to reach the proper temperature and working conditions after a repair.
We recommend that you give your machine at least 24 hours to get back to normal before you go out and buy more food in order to avoid additional stress on your refrigerator while is trying to reach proper working conditions.
At the moments is only refrigerators but we are working on expanding to other appliances like stoves and dishwashers.
